Nelson, Nv
Tumbleweeds & Trailer Dreams
"Population: Roughly 37, Give or Take"
Official Coat of Arms
A field of sand-coloured nothingness, upon which rests a single tumbleweed argent, flanked by two rusted mining picks crossed beneath a blazing sun. The motto reads 'Vis Unita Fortior' which roughly translates to 'We're Still Here, Somehow.'
TripAdvisor Review
★★☆☆☆ 2/5
"Stopped in Nelson expecting a charming historic mining town. Found three buildings, two of which might be abandoned, and a gas station that may or may not be open depending on Dave's mood. The 'historic' part is accurate - everything looks like it hasn't been touched since 1952. Great place to practice your apocalypse survival skills though!"— DesertWanderer_92 from Henderson, NV

Twinned With
Centralia, Pennsylvania - both towns that time forgot, though Nelson forgot on purpose
Supporting Evidence
Nelson was once a thriving gold mining town with over 3,000 residents, but now has fewer people than most apartment buildings and more ghost stories per capita than anywhere else in Nevada.
