"Beautiful city ruined by the fact that the Andes disappear behind a wall of smog every winter morning until about 2pm. The metro is genuinely excellent and Bellavista has great food, but I got stuck on the Costanera Norte during rush hour for 90 minutes and aged five years. Also every taxi driver has strong opinions about which neighbourhood you should never admit to visiting."
