"Spent four hours in a taxi trying to cross Avenida Paulista during rush 'hour' which apparently lasts from 6am to 9pm. The food scene is genuinely incredible and the Sunday street closures on Paulista are a nice touch, but I'm pretty sure my helicopter-owning Airbnb host was the only person in this city not stuck in gridlock.
