"Popped in on the way to the Channel Tunnel and thought I'd give the old town a chance. The Harbour Arm is genuinely lovely and there's some surprisingly good street art dotted about, but the Old High Street feels like it's perpetually one Zumba class away from full regeneration. Creative Quarter is a nice idea, though half the units still look like they're waiting for an artist who never showed up. Would come back for the seafood shack alone."— Derek Fenwick, Ashford
