Beer Tent Metropolis

"Come for the pretzels, stay because you can't find your hotel"

TripAdvisor Review

★★★★☆ 4/5

"Visited during Oktoberfest and honestly the beer is served in glasses the size of my torso which is both impressive and dangerous. The English Garden is genuinely beautiful but good luck finding a bench that isn't occupied by someone surfing an actual river wave. BMW Welt is a shiny temple to cars I'll never afford, and the U-Bahn is so clean I felt bad bringing my shoes on it. Docked a star because everything closes on Sundays and I nearly starved near Marienplatz."

Property Listing

Charming Bavarian residence moments from world-class museums, a park bigger than most small countries, and public transport so punctual it will personally judge you for being late. Ideal for buyers who enjoy sausage variety, beer served by the litre, and paying Munich property prices that rival Zurich's.

Twinned With

Milwaukee — Both cities have built entire civic identities around beer, oompah music, and pretending lederhosen-adjacent culture is an everyday outfit.

Supporting Evidence

Munich's English Garden is larger than Central Park and features a permanent standing wave in the Eisbach river where surfers ride year-round, snow or shine.
