"Popped into Bolton for the market and ended up sheltering in the Market Hall for two hours while it absolutely hammered it down outside. The Octagon Theatre was genuinely great, and the town hall lit up at night is properly impressive, but the town centre still has more empty units than a game of retail Tetris gone wrong.
