Fleetwood: End of the Line

"Come for the tram, stay because you missed the last one"

Official Coat of Arms

A shield bearing a tram rattling determinedly towards a lighthouse, above a cough lozenge rampant in honour of Fisherman's Friend, all beneath a banner reading 'We Are Not Blackpool, Thank You'. The base of the shield depicts the Wyre estuary, forever deciding whether it's a river or the sea.

TripAdvisor Review

★★★☆☆ 3/5

"Took the tram all the way up from Blackpool expecting more once we got here, but Fleetwood is basically Blackpool's quiet, sensible sibling who went to bed early. The Freeport outlet centre was fine for socks, the ferry to Knott End is a genuinely lovely five minutes, and the Mount viewpoint is nice if you like looking at the Irish Sea and container ships. Market was half shut on a Tuesday which was a bit sad. Nice chippy though, this being the actual home of Fisherman's Friend."
