"Went to Hereford for the cathedral and the Mappa Mundi, ended up stuck behind three tractors and a livestock trailer on the ring road for forty minutes. The cathedral really is stunning and the cider is genuinely excellent, but the city centre shuts down alarmingly early and I struggled to find anywhere serving food after 8pm on a Tuesday.
