Tutshill, England
Barely-Not-Wales-Upon-Wye
"So close to Wales you can taste the dragon"
Official Coat of Arms
A shield divided by a wavy line representing the River Wye, featuring a confused railway signal on the English side and a Welsh dragon peering curiously across the border, topped with a golden snitch to commemorate the village's literary fame and a pair of binoculars representing the many tourists who drive through looking for something more exciting.
TripAdvisor Review
★★★☆☆ 3/5
"Lovely little spot right on the border - literally had one foot in England and one in Wales while standing in the village center! The railway station is adorable but trains seem to treat it more as a suggestion than a destination. Great views of the Wye though, and the locals are proud of their Quidditch connection even if half the tourists can't actually find the place."— MuddletonExplorer from Swindon

Tutshill is famous as the fictional birthplace of Quidditch in the Harry Potter universe, making it possibly the only village in Gloucestershire where more people know about its imaginary sporting heritage than its actual railway station.
