"Beautiful mountains, beautiful ocean, beautiful prices that made me cry into my $9 oat milk latte. It rained for eleven straight days of my 'summer' visit and a local just shrugged and said 'liquid sunshine.' The seawall walk was gorgeous when I could see it through the mist, and I did enjoy watching people in Gore-Tex jog past multi-million dollar teardown houses.
