"Beautiful hanging baskets everywhere, I'll give them that, but I've never seen a city try so hard to be a English garden with a Canadian postcode. The Inner Harbour is genuinely lovely and the Butchart Gardens are worth the drive, but try finding a restaurant open past 9pm on a Tuesday.
