"Came for the Roman heritage, stayed for three hours in Bicester Village trying to find the exit. The outlet shopping is genuinely excellent if you enjoy queuing next to coach parties from four different continents, but the town centre itself feels like an afterthought squeezed between the retail behemoth and the MOD depot. Parking near the Village on a Saturday is a genuine extreme sport. Still, decent market square and the locals are lovely once you escape the tourist tide."— Deborah_Handbags_Guildford
