Overpriced Smoothie Bowl Shire

TripAdvisor Review
★★★☆☆ 3/5
"Came for the lighthouse walk, stayed because I couldn't find parking anywhere near town for three hours. The beaches are genuinely stunning but the main street is now just crystal shops, $28 acai bowls and men doing sound baths in linen pants. Saw more Range Rovers than actual surfers. Still gorgeous, but bring a second mortgage."— Gary Fenwick, Coffs Harbour
Property Listing
Charming beachside sanctuary offering unparalleled access to world-class surf, a thriving wellness economy, and the rare privilege of paying capital-city prices for a converted tin shed! Perfect for the discerning buyer who's always dreamed of queuing for parking next to a celebrity's holiday home.
Twinned With
Malibu — Both are stunningly beautiful coastal towns ruined slightly by everyone who moved there to tell you about it.
Supporting Evidence
Byron Bay is mainland Australia's most easterly point, meaning residents are technically the first in the country to watch the sunrise over their inflated property values.
