"Came for the second-largest Oktoberfest in the world, stayed because I got lost trying to find my hotel among the identical suburban crescents. The old farmers' market is genuinely lovely and the pretzels are excellent. Downtown has some nice heritage buildings sandwiched between the tech company glass boxes and a lot of parking lots.
