"Visited in January and my eyelashes froze to my scarf within four minutes of leaving the Cornwall Centre. The legislature building is genuinely lovely, sitting there beside Wascana Lake like it's apologizing for the wind chill. Great potash museum if that's your thing, and the Roughriders games are an actual religious experience, but there is nothing between here and Winnipeg except more of the same flatness.
