Bridge Climb & Property Sigh
"Sunburnt, over-mortgaged, and proud of the harbour view"
Official Coat of Arms
A shield bearing the Harbour Bridge rampant over a sea of 'Auction Today' signs, flanked by a ferry stuck at a wharf and a possum rummaging through a Paddington terrace's bin, with the motto banner reading 'She'll Be Right (Eventually)'.
TripAdvisor Review
★★★★☆ 4/5
"Flew in expecting the Opera House to be the highlight but honestly it was watching a $1.3 million shoebox apartment get bid up in 90 seconds at auction. The harbour is genuinely stunning, the ferries are a delight, but good luck finding parking or an affordable smashed avo that doesn't require a small loan. Also nobody warned me the trains stop working the second there's a hint of a leaf on the tracks."— Barry Fenwick, Wagga Wagga

Breathtaking harbourside lifestyle opportunity offering cosy 38 square metre living, a partial glimpse of a bridge pylon from the bathroom window if you lean out, and unbeatable proximity to three separate light rail construction sites that have been 'almost finished' since 2015.
Twinned With
Monaco — Both are stunning waterfront playgrounds where only the extremely wealthy can actually afford to live.
Supporting Evidence
Sydney's median house price has made owning a modest three-bedroom home a genuine luxury good, roughly on par with a small yacht in some other cities.
