Bromsgrove, England

Roundabout Central

"Where Traffic Goes to Die"

Official Coat of Arms

Three silver roundabouts arranged in eternal circular formation upon a field of retail park grey, surmounted by a dormant Dolphin Centre rampant, with crossed traffic cones as supporters and a banner reading 'Not Quite Birmingham Since 1447'.

TripAdvisor Review

★★☆☆☆ 2/5

"Visited Bromsgrove for a wedding and spent more time navigating roundabouts than at the actual reception. The town centre has that special charm of looking like it was designed by someone who'd only heard shopping areas described over the phone. At least the Dolphin Centre lives up to its name by being completely underwater... financially speaking."

Property Listing

Charming market town offering unparalleled connectivity via an intricate network of scenic circular junctions! The town centre provides authentic 1960s brutalist shopping experiences, while the surrounding areas boast convenient access to the M42, M5, and seventeen delightfully confusing roundabouts perfect for extended scenic drives.

Twinned With

Milton Keynes — Both places worship the mighty roundabout as the solution to all of life's problems.

Supporting Evidence

Bromsgrove has more roundabouts per square mile than any other town in Worcestershire, creating a automotive Bermuda Triangle where sat-navs come to surrender.
